What exactly do I own at the end?
The repository and everything in it: your custom code, the modules your build uses, your content, and your data, plus hosting and accounts in your name. You can host it anywhere and hire anyone to work on it.
When does the handover happen?
When the contract completes: at the end of a fixed-scope project, or whenever you end a monthly plan. It's written into the agreement, not a favour we grant later.
If you reuse modules, is it really custom?
The parts every business needs (sign-in, a database, a dashboard, a CRM) are reused, because rebuilding them is where most budgets disappear. Everything you see and every workflow specific to you is built for you.
Why is it cheaper than a normal agency build?
Because you're not paying for us to write the same foundation again. It already exists and already runs in production, so the hours go into your custom layer.
Do I have to keep paying you after launch?
No. You can keep us on for support and new features, but the code is yours to run without us.
Can you work with the site or tools we already have?
Usually. Some modules sit alongside an existing site, and we integrate with the tools you're keeping. We'll tell you what makes sense on the first call.
