Plumbing that actually plumbs.
Your form data lives in Webflow. Your leads live in Salesforce. Your conversions live in GA4. Your audiences live in Meta. Nothing talks to anything, the numbers don't reconcile, and someone is exporting CSVs at 11pm on a Friday. We connect the pipes and rebuild the measurement so the data flows and the attribution holds.
Four tools. Zero handshakes.
Every SaaS stack ends up the same way: a dozen best-in-class tools that don't know each other exist. The website doesn't tell the CRM about a lead until someone manually exports it. The CRM doesn't tell the ad platforms about a closed deal, so you keep paying to retarget customers who already bought.
The result is a marketing org flying half-blind, and a RevOps person whose entire job has quietly become moving spreadsheets between tabs.
A repeatable method, not a vibe.
Every engagement runs the same four beats. No mystery, no scope creep.
Map the stack
We diagram every tool, every data flow, and every place a human is currently doing a robot's job. You see the whole system on one page, often for the first time. Mapping is the work most teams skip and live to regret, one wrong value and the whole attribution chain breaks downstream.
Wire the spine
CRM ↔ web forms, server-side GTM, conversion APIs to Meta and Google. The connections that make attribution trustworthy get built first. Done right, every new lead lands in the CRM within seconds, not after a Friday-night export.
Automate lifecycle
Lead routing, scoring, nurture triggers. The repetitive RevOps work becomes a workflow that runs while everyone sleeps.
Maintain & extend
Stacks drift. Platforms change APIs. A light retainer keeps the plumbing tight and adds new connections as you adopt new tools.
Concrete deliverables.
- CRM ↔ web form sync
- Lifecycle automation, lead routing + scoring
- GA4 architecture (clean slate or repair) + GTM rebuild
- Server-side tracking infrastructure
- Meta / Google / LinkedIn conversion APIs
- Attribution + BigQuery / Looker reporting
- Consent-mode v2 compliance
- Segment / RudderStack wiring
Things we get asked.
Direct answers to the questions that come up on the first call.
We're on HubSpot, not Salesforce. Still a fit?
Yes. We work across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo. The principles are identical, only the connectors change.
Does this cover GA4 and tracking, or just the CRM side?
Both. Tracking is part of the same plumbing, not a separate service. We'll rebuild GA4 and GTM, move events server-side so browsers and cookie banners stop eating them, and wire conversion APIs to the ad platforms. The point is one set of numbers that reconcile, from the first click to closed-won, instead of three dashboards telling you three different things.
Is this a one-time project or ongoing?
Usually both. An initial wiring project, then a light retainer because stacks drift and platforms change their APIs without asking.
Can you fix consent mode breaking our tracking?
Yes, consent-mode v2 and server-side tagging are a big part of what we do. We'll measure the actual data loss first, then close the gap.
Why does the mapping matter so much?
Because attribution is a chain, and a chain breaks at one wrong value. Map a field to the wrong property and every report downstream lies to you, confidently. We treat the mapping as the job, not the afterthought, which is why a closed-loop sync we build typically takes CAC down ~42%, the deals just stop hiding from the ad platforms.
How do we know you can actually wire this?
Sean has spent a career running the pipelines behind hundreds of millions of dollars in spend, and the attribution and platform health that kept that money honest. This is the work, not a side service we picked up last quarter.
Often bought together.
