No open roles, right now.
We're a small senior team and we hire slowly and deliberately. There's nothing open at the moment, but good people are worth knowing before we have a seat for them.
If you're sharp at Webflow, analytics, martech, or growth engineering, send us a note. When a role opens that fits what you do, you're the first call we make.
Who tends to fit
- Operators who've shipped the thing, not just described it
- Senior-only — we don't do junior hand-offs
- People who'd rather know a few tools cold than dabble in forty
What it's like here
Social Catnip is a veteran-owned (SDVOSB) marketing-engineering shop, founded in 2016, headquartered in Glenrock, Wyoming, and distributed across the US and EU. Remote-first isn't a perk here, it's the architecture: the work lives in the repo, the docs, and the client's Slack, not in a headquarters.
The bench is small and senior on purpose, average engineer tenure is eleven years, and nobody relays your work through an account manager. You talk to clients directly, you own what you ship, and you go deep on a handful of platforms instead of skimming forty. Webflow, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, and the connective tissue between them are the daily tools.
What we care about in a teammate: evidence you've shipped real things under real constraints, the judgment to say "this is the wrong approach" to a client, and writing clear enough that a project survives you taking a vacation. If that sounds like your kind of shop, the form above is read by a human, and kept on file until the right seat opens.
