A standard ad pixel on a healthcare site ships the page URL, the click, and whatever else it can grab straight to the ad platform. On a condition page, a booking flow, or a patient portal, that's sensitive data leaving the building. Most teams find out when legal asks, not before.

What is Ours Privacy?

Does Ours Privacy make us HIPAA-compliant?

No single tool does that, and we won't promise it either. Compliance depends on your whole setup, your agreements, and your policies. What we do is implement Ours Privacy so your tracking is built for a HIPAA-compliant setup, and work alongside your compliance and legal team on the details.

Have you done this before?

Yes. We've integrated Ours Privacy for small health startups, large health systems, and everything in between. It's part of our core stack, and we act as your technical partner through the whole process, not a vendor who hands over a setup doc and disappears.

Will we lose ad performance when the pixels come off?

That's the fear, and it's why the pixels can't just be deleted. We route conversions through Ours Privacy server-side, so Meta and Google still get a signal to bid against. The data they receive just has the PII stripped out first.
